For organisations with something real to say, and too much credibility at stake to leave it to messaging alone.

I help organisations stand by their work publicly, in a world that makes it harder than ever to say so. I don't come in to write the report or fix the message, but to build the foundation that makes the right message possible: clarity about what you can credibly claim, alignment among the people who need to agree before anything goes public, and the discipline to focus on what actually matters rather than what's easiest to produce. What I leave behind isn't a deliverable. It's the ability to move from caution to conviction, and from confusion to capability.

    Diagnose

A moment of truth before a moment of change. With an external eye and a structured process, we surface what's working, what isn't, and what's been too uncomfortable to name until now.

    Orient

Find stable ground to build on. This is where uncertainty resolves into direction: a clear sense of what you stand for, what you can credibly claim, and the decisiveness to act on it.

    Build

The slow, foundational work that makes everything else possible — aligned teams, clear processes, documented decisions — until the organisation knows exactly what to do, and who's responsible for doing it.

    Translate

Suddenly, the vision has a voice. The clarity and conviction built in previous steps translate into messages, narratives, and outputs that authentically reflect who you are, and that you're proud to stand behind.
